Here we would like to draw your attention to FR91 transaction code in SAP. As we know it is being used in the SAP PSM-FM (Funds Management in PSM) component which is coming under PSM module (Public Sector Management). FR91 is a transaction code used for Loc.Auth.: Transfer with auto. rel. in SAP.
It comes under the package for FM: Budgeting German Local Authorities (FMDK). When we execute this transaction code, RFFMISPS is the normal standard SAP program that is being executed in background. Transaction code FR91 is included in the SAP component for EA-PS.
