Here we would like to draw your attention to IP40 transaction code in SAP. As we know it is being used in the SAP PM-PRM (Preventive Maintenance in PM) component which is coming under PM module (Plant Maintenance).IP40 is a transaction code used for Add Service Plan for Purchasing in SAP.
It comes under the package IPRM.When we execute this transaction code, SAPLIWP3 is the normal standard SAP program that is being executed in background.
