Here we would like to draw your attention to PASR transaction code in SAP. As we know it is being used in the SAP PA-AS (HR Administrative Services in PA) component which is coming under HR (HCM) PA module (Personnel Management). PASR is a transaction code used for HR Administrative Services (DAB) in SAP.
It comes under the package for Direct Access Box (PAOC_ASR_DIRECT_ACCESS_BOX). When we execute this transaction code, SAPMP50ASR is the normal standard SAP program that is being executed in background. Transaction code PASR is included in the SAP component for EA-HR.
