Here we would like to draw your attention to CACS_START_DOC transaction code in SAP. As we know it is being used in the SAP ICM (Incentive and Commission Management) component which is coming under HR (HCM). CACS_START_DOC is a transaction code used for Starts Document Display in SAP.
It comes under the package for ICM: Enhancement Packages / Implementation for Reporting (CACSRC).
