Here we would like to draw your attention to IMP transaction code in SAP. As we know it is being used in the SAP FS-CM (Claims Management in FS) component which is coming under FS module (Financial Services). IMP is a transaction code used for Start of Mass Processing in SAP.
It comes under the package for FS-CM Mass Processing (IGN_MASS_PROCESSING). When we execute this transaction code, IMP_START is the normal standard SAP program that is being executed in background. Transaction code IMP is included in the SAP component for INSURANCE.
