IDGT_GTDM SAP table for – Mapping of SAP Document and GT Document

Here we would like to draw your attention to IDGT_GTDM table in SAP. As we know it is being mainly used with the SAP FI-LOC (Localization in FI) component which is coming under FI module (Financial Accounting). IDGT_GTDM is a SAP standard transp table used for storing Mapping of SAP Document and GT Document related data in SAP. It comes under the package ID-SD-CN-GT-01.

    Its data type is CHAR (Character String) with field length 4
  • VTWEG : Distribution Channel

  • SPART : Division
    Its data type is CHAR (Character String) with field length 2
  • BUKRS : Company Code
    Its data type is CHAR (Character String) with field length 4
  • ERNAM : Name of Person who Created the Object
    Its data type is CHAR (Character String) with field length 12
  • ERDAT : Date on which the record was created
    Its data type is DATS (Date (Date: YYYYMMDD)) with field length 8
  • ERZET : Entry time
    Its data type is TIMS (Time (Time: HHMMSS)) with field length 6
