Here we would like to draw your attention to AO99 transaction code in SAP. As we know it is being used in the SAP FI-AA (Asset Accounting in FI) component which is coming under FI module (Financial Accounting). AO99 is a transaction code used for Acct. assgnmt. Derived dep. areas in SAP.
It comes under the package for Asset Accounting: General Tables and Customizing (AA_BAS_CUS). When we execute this transaction code, is the normal standard SAP program that is being executed in background. Transaction code AO99 is included in the SAP component for SAP_FIN.
