Here we would like to draw your attention to CGA8 transaction code in SAP. As we know it is being used in the SAP EHS-SAF (Product Safety in EHS) component which is coming under EHS module (Environment, Health and Safety). CGA8 is a transaction code used for EHS: Characteristic rating in SAP.
It comes under the package for Company Environment Information System (CBUI). When we execute this transaction code, SAPLC170 is the normal standard SAP program that is being executed in background. Transaction code CGA8 is included in the SAP component for EA-APPL.
